The second No Time for Downtime seminar took place on September 29, 2004, with the support of Maguay, Intel and Microsoft, bringing together 75 IT industry professionals and media representatives.
The new technologies of the time, the PCI Express bus, the Intel Xeon processor with FSB 800 MHz and DDR2 memory, were brought up by the organizers.
