About NTFD

No Time for Downtime is the reference event dedicated to computing systems and mission-critical infrastructures in Romania. It brings together technology leaders, integrators and practitioners who present solutions and trends for modern IT infrastructure, oriented towards operational continuity, performance and security.

The target audience includes organizations of all sizes, with their own data centers or hosted or hybrid infrastructures. The program is structured in two complementary sections: a technology showcase with live demonstrations and a series of applied presentations, case studies and best practices. NTFD facilitates direct dialog between manufacturers, integrators and beneficiaries and provides context for informed technology decisions.

How was the previous editions?

For more than 18 years, the Fortinet – Maguay partnership has been growing and consolidating with the real needs of customers in Romania, and No Time for Downtime has become the natural framework in which we can show together the technologies of the future and how we can implement them in our joint projects. This year, the Fortinet session held by Dan Gǎvojdea, Business Development Manager SecOps SEE, focused on Fortinet SecOps as a key platform for NIS2 preparedness: a unified approach that combines advanced detection and response capabilities with automation and artificial intelligence to reduce reaction time and increase visibility into risks. Beyond the technology, the difference is in how these solutions are implemented and operated day-to-day. This is where Maguay’s experience as an integrator and very good understanding of the local environment makes the Fortinet platform a concrete tool for organizations that want to not just tick NIS2 requirements, but to be truly more secure and resilient.
