NTFD 2005

The central case study of the third edition of the No Time for Downtime seminar, organized on September 29, 2005, was based around the datacenter developed by Maguay within Interbrands Marketing & Distribution, the largest FMCG products distribution company on the Romanian market.
The datacenter consists of Maguay PowerServer equipment, on Intel Itanium 2 platforms.
The main arguments that influenced this decision were: the performance, redundancy, scalability, modularity and manageability that they presented in 2005.
